These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SolvePin mobile application, related website pages, and connected support flows operated under the SolvePin name.
By using SolvePin, you agree to these Terms.
SolvePin is an Android application designed to help users control access to selected apps using a math-based unlock flow, usage limits, app protection settings, account access, subscription features, and PIN recovery tools.

You may use SolvePin only if you are legally permitted to use the service under applicable law.
You agree not to:
Some features of SolvePin require an account. When you sign in, you are responsible for using a valid email address and maintaining access to that account.
You are responsible for activities that occur through your account, subject to applicable law.
SolvePin may use your account email for sign-in, subscription status, PIN recovery, and account deletion confirmation flows.
SolvePin relies on specific Android permissions and device features to function properly.
If you disable required permissions, some or all SolvePin features may stop functioning.
You are responsible for choosing and maintaining your SolvePin PIN and any device security protections that you use together with SolvePin.
If you forget your PIN, you may use the recovery flow associated with your SolvePin account email.
SolvePin may apply cooldowns, rate limits, token expiration times, and security checks to reset and recovery flows to reduce abuse.
Some SolvePin features may require an active subscription.
Subscription purchases, renewals, billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and policies.
Important: Deleting your SolvePin account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. If you want to stop future charges, you must manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.
SolvePin may use subscription status information to enable or disable premium access inside the app.

Account deletion may require email confirmation or other verification steps.
After deletion, some account-related data may be removed, anonymized, or retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
We try to keep SolvePin available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
Features may change, be improved, suspended, limited, or removed at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
SolvePin is intended to help users add an additional layer of app access control on compatible devices.
However, SolvePin does not guarantee perfect security, complete prevention of bypass, or uninterrupted blocking in every possible device state, Android version, OEM environment, battery optimization mode, or third-party app behavior.
You remain responsible for your overall device security and account safety.
SolvePin, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from SolvePin without permission.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to SolvePin or related backend services if:
SolvePin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, or suitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvePin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, device access, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of SolvePin.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and take reasonable steps to inform users when appropriate.
Continued use of SolvePin after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
