SolvePin uses Android Usage Access permission to determine app usage duration and to identify when usage limits for monitored apps have been reached.
SolvePin uses Android Accessibility permission to detect when a protected app is opened and to display SolvePin’s protection interface.
This permission is used only for app protection functionality and not for advertising, profiling, or unrelated monitoring.
SolvePin uses internet access to communicate with backend services for account management, subscription state, PIN reset flows, and account deletion flows.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SolvePin, maintain security, complete account support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Temporary reset tokens and deletion confirmation tokens are retained only for limited periods necessary to complete those flows.
Some operational records, security logs, and compliance-related information may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate security purposes.

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the data associated with your SolvePin account, unless we need to retain certain data for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or other legitimate compliance reasons.
Important: Deleting your SolvePin account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed separately through Google Play.
SolvePin is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
